SASHA HAMILTON-WOOTEN

Hello! I am glad that you are here. My name is Sasha Hamilton-Wooten and I am a family systems therapist, and an experienced professional with over 15 years of diverse knowledge. I hold a BS in Human Development, a MS in Psychology, with a specialization in Child and Adolescent Development, and a MS in Marriage and Family Therapy. I work with individuals, teens, couples, and families who are experiencing anxiety, and depression. I also enjoy working with those going through life transitions such as divorce or separation, adoption adjustment, self esteem, and women's issues. My clinical focus is trans-racial adoptions, general family therapy, racial trauma, and women's transformational coaching. I have been told that my style of therapy is a bit of an eclectic approach, involving art and play techniques, along with a narrative therapy focus that allows clients to speak their truth. My goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to tell their story. I consider myself a facilitator in you and your family's healing process, with the ultimate aim to help you restore harmony and balance within your family system.
