I am a licensed clinical social worker associate in Washington State. I have a variety of experience, including case management, child, and individual therapy. I completed my bachelors degree in psychology from the University of Maine in 2014, and my masters in social work from Simmons College in 2017. I feel strongly that each individual has the strength to make positive progress towards their goals, and with the right support and skills, can be successful in making lasting changes in their lives. All of my clients are the experts in their own lives, and we will work together collaboratively to utilize their strengths as tools for change. I approach my work with an open mind, and am always happy to receive feedback from clients in order to adjust my approach to best serve them. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space for clients to grow. I use a blend of modalities in my practice, including existential and cognitive behavioral therapy. I am grateful for the opportunity to work together!
