NATALIE ROBINSON

Have you ever heard the phrase “it’ll be better in the morning?"  Despite our best intentions to feel refreshed and wake up with a new outlook, sometimes we find ourselves dragging through our days. Maybe you’re feeling stuck at work or school?  Maybe you’re feeling dependent on a substance to get you through?  I’m here to offer a strength-based approach that will get you started on a path towards clarity and lightness. Together, we can identify what is already helping
you get through today, so that tomorrow feels a little easier.  I’m dedicated to providing a space where clients feel comfortable and heard. I strive to create a space that feels supportive and uniquely yours. Maybe you know exactly what you’re seeking to explore, or maybe you just have a gut feeling that it’s time for a little extra support. I look forward to meeting you where you’re at.

I work with adults, young professionals and college students experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, mood and co-occurring disorders. When exploring relationships with substances, I offer a harm reduction approach. I specialize in Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and trauma processing through different modalities including Common Elements Treatment Approach (CETA).

I look forward to connecting about what is going on in your world and how you are feeling about it.
