Many people come to therapy feeling stuck in painful relationship patterns and unsure why the same struggles keep repeating in their lives. You may feel confused, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself, especially if you are navigating a difficult relationship, recovering from one, or going through life transitions that have left you questioning your voice, needs, or sense of direction.

I am passionate about helping people understand the deeper roots of these experiences and reconnect with parts of themselves that may have been silenced, minimized, or lost along the way. I approach therapy with warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for each person’s unique story. I listen carefully and try to truly understand what you’re going through, while also offering thoughtful insight and guidance to help you move forward in meaningful ways.

My approach is psychodynamic, trauma-informed,  somatic, and relational. Together, we explore how past experiences and relationship patterns may still be shaping the present. As we begin to understand these patterns, many clients find they develop greater self-awareness, stronger boundaries, and more trust in their own voice.

I aim to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and understood. People from all backgrounds and identities are welcome, and you are invited to show up just as you are. Our work moves at a pace that feels supportive and collaborative, allowing room for reflection, curiosity, and growth.

My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you can explore your experiences openly, reconnect with yourself, and move toward a life that feels more grounded, empowered, and authentic.
