You don’t have to feel lost in yourself forever. Life can feel overwhelming at times, whether you’re dealing with anxiety, grief, major transitions, or a sense of disconnection from who you are. You might notice patterns in relationships, feel stuck in your thoughts, or struggle to find direction. Therapy offers a space to slow down, understand your experiences, and reconnect with yourself in a more grounded and meaningful way.
I work with preteens, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, grief, relational challenges, life transitions, and issues related to self-worth and identity. Together, we explore the patterns shaping your experiences, helping you build insight, process loss, strengthen your sense of self, and move toward a more intentional life. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered, attachment-based, and existential approaches to support both skill-building and deeper self-exploration.
With experience across inpatient, partial hospitalization (PHP), and outpatient settings, including work with eating disorders, body image concerns, and complex emotional needs, I hold space for both the clinical and human sides of healing. Therapy isn’t about fixing you; it’s about understanding yourself more fully and creating a life that feels aligned. If you’re ready to begin that process, I’d be honored to support you.
