I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate specializing in the treatment of teens and adolescents and their families.  I have a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and School and Family Based Counseling.  I have extensive experience treating victims of trauma, abuse, and adverse childhood experiences.  My clinical experience has focused on teens and adolescents experiencing anxiety and depression, the effects of trauma, self-harm, addiction, and substance use.  I also specialize in treating parents as they struggle through the journey of parenting emotionally affected teens.  In addition to teens adn their families, I treat adults struggling with attachment and abandonment trauma, as well as those experiencing perinatal anxiety and depression disorders.

  I currently offer telehealth utilizing the following treatment modalities:  DBT Skills Training, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Addictive Family Systems, Internal Family Systems, Solution Focused Therapy, and Rogerian Client Centered Narrative Talk Therapy.
