Emma Lukin

Hello, my name is Emma (she/her).  I am a clinician (LSWAIC) who approaches the therapeutic relationship with warmth, curiosity, and respect for your unique story.  I am committed to supporting adolescents, young adults, and families navigate eating disorders, trauma, and identity development.  I also specialize in working with queer couples who are looking to deepen connection, navigate conflict with care, and heal from relational and systemic wounds in an affirming setting.  I offer a space where clients can explore what feels painful or stuck, and move toward feeling more grounded and at home in themselves.
My therapeutic style is collaborative, affirming, and trauma-informed. I draw from evidence-based approaches like Family-Based Treatment and incorporate a Health at Every Size framework to support clients in healing their relationships with food, body, and self. With a strong foundation in both outpatient and higher levels of care, I will support you in challenging patterns that no longer serve you while fostering self-trust, self-compassion, and resilience.
Whether you’re working through recovery, processing trauma, or exploring your identity, I strive to offer a space where all parts of you are welcome. If you feel that we might be a good fit, I would be honored to consult with you.
