  Hello!  My name is Drew, LSWAIC.  I am a lover of crochet, boardgames, and all things cozy. I value human connection and offer a supportive and inclusive space where you are welcome just as you are. If you feel overwhelmed, stressed, disconnected, or stuck, let’s create a space for you to slow down, explore, and connect with your strengths and agency. You deserve to live an engaged and meaningful life, grounded in what matters to you.

  My style is warm and curious. I enjoy creativity and humor and welcome it into the therapeutic space. I welcome adults of any age, genders, race, ethnicity, and sexual orientation who are experiencing anxiety, grief, depression, stress, life changes, and/or chronic pain.  

I take an anti-oppressive, integrative approach to therapy, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.  Together, we will center your experience, strengths, and needs as we explore how personal, cultural, and systemic factors affect your well-being.  Let’s tap into that sense of vitality and get started!
