Darrian Dewald
I am a licensed Associate Marriage & Family Therapist who supports couples, individuals, and families in creating meaningful, lasting change. With a warm, direct, and supportive style, I help clients slow down, understand unhelpful patterns, communicate more effectively, and build confidence, clarity, and tools for sustainable growth.
I work primarily via telehealth, offering a convenient and flexible space for clients navigating life transitions, relationship stress, anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, substance use, and adjustment challenges. I have a special interest in working with first responders, military personnel, nurses, law enforcement, and individuals in high-stress professions, and I tailor care to meet the unique demands of these experiences.
My therapeutic approach blends Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, the Gottman Method, Attachment Theory, CBT, and elements of Internal Family Systems, always adapted to the needs of each person or couple.
