Hi! I love listening to people and hearing their stories! I am genuinely curious about people’s lives and enjoy helping people find their strengths. I center my practice around social justice, curiosity, and empowerment. I am a DV survivor, and love helping other survivors heal from trauma and find themselves again. I also work with people for anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, self-esteem, and self-exploration, especially related to career guidance and sexual and gender identity exploration. I work with people of all identities; though my experience of going to school in Miami gave me the joy and experience in working with youth and adults who identify as LGBTQ+, African-American, Latinx, Afro-Latinx, Caribbean, and first and second generation immigrants.

Please go to my personal website to inquire about the Domestic Violence group and Empowered Dating Workshop that I am currently facilitating. I also have books on the topic of domestic violence and is recommended for anyone who has been through DV, knows someone who has, or simply want to arm themselves with information to prevent it for themselves and others.
