Therapy should be a space where you can show up as yourself, especially if you’ve felt like an outsider in other parts of your life. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and affirming, honoring your identities, lived experiences, and autonomy.
I enjoy working with neurodivergent folks, 2SLGBTQIA+ and gender-expansive people, and anyone seeking a therapeutic space grounded in body liberation, sex positivity, and affirmation of diverse identities. My work draws on art therapy, parts work and Internal Family Systems (IFS), and liberatory approaches. I also incorporate client-led Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to support people navigating OCD, phobias, self-harm, and PTSD.
Together, we’ll approach your experiences with curiosity, creativity, and compassion, moving at a pace that respects your needs, boundaries, and goals. You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly where to begin. There’s no right way to show up here, and no artistic experience or skill is required. You are welcome here, just as you are.
